I created the Government Communication Lines Disruptions termed as VELOCITY in 2003. Than it hit the NATIONAL AIRWAYS as global disruptions, the U.S. Military, nor CIA, nor NASA created this program VELOCITY aka Government Communication Lines Disruptions on the planet, of which the planet earth, and in space, streets, are hearing ME all day and everyday on a 24 hour and 7 days a week cycle, on streets, radios, tv's, and in clear open space, ask NASA. As one will say thank you to my creation as for NASA, and I would state you are all welcome, for my creation of VELOCITY. I cannot sell this VELOCITY program, I cannot, it would cause a serious NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT, unless this Planet and all of its STATES want to combine into a one COUNTRY as we can call it PLANET, or whatever. I would not allow the U.S. Department of Defense to attain to the program code, and I would NOT sell it to the U.S. Intelligence, due to they might use it against one of my Allie Nations. -
